We implemented a hybrid structural approach, combining reinforced concrete with high-strength steel framing to maximize floor space and aesthetic flexibility. Our MEP team designed a centralized cooling plant that reduces energy consumption by 30% compared to regional standards. Throughout the construction phase, we maintained zero lost-time incidents, proving our commitment to safety. Our commitment to safety was paramount, as the work took place adjacent to live gas lines. By utilizing 3D modeling and pre-fabricated steel components, we reduced site congestion and improved efficiency. Opal came to me with a clear ask: their skincare line was gentle, effective, and ingredient-focused, but their visual identity felt generic and overlooked. I redesigned everything from the ground up, starting with a new logotype that felt softer and more considered.
